and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and identify potential clients who would benefit from our technology solutions and services.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and potential project requirements.
  • Create and submit well-crafted proposals that outline our services, solutions, and project execution plans to potential clients.
  • Effectively communicate the company’s value propositions and tailor pitches to fit the client’s specific needs.
  • Schedule and conduct initial meetings with prospective clients to discuss their project requirements, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact during the proposal and initial negotiation phase, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to prepare project estimates, timelines, and resource allocations to present to clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and proposal submissions in a CRM system.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure continuous business and referrals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships.
  • Ability to research, identify, and engage potential clients across various industries.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to track client interactions, proposals, and sales funnels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client acquisition activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Experience in working with platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or other client acquisition tools.
  • Background in negotiating contracts, budgets, and timelines with clients.
